The product measures 440 mm (17.3 in) in width and 1150 mm (45.3 in) in height. It consists of a bin and a carrier section. 2. The bin portion is made from sheet metal with a thickness of 0.75 mm (0 in), a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in), and a height of 500 mm (19.7 in). The window in the bin body will be opened by hydraulic press stamping. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal, will be fitted on the top of the bin. 4. The carrier foot is created by bending a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. 5. The bin and foot components will be joined with galvanized bolts. 6. The bin foot rotates 360° to enable waste discharge. 7. After machining, the metal parts will undergo furnace treatment to remove oil and rust and prepare the surface for painting. Parts washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clean water, rested for 10‑15 minutes, and then the metal surface is cleaned. 8. Painting method: Following furnace treatment, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C to complete the painting process.
