SKU: SS-012446
Seating Area: 180 × 250 cm (70.9 x 98.4 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Metal Features: All metal components for manufacturing will be painted with a polyester‑based powder coating and baked in a furnace. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated to the project specifications with a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Before painting, any oil, dirt, or rust on the metal will be removed and the surface prepared with a phosphate coating to create a porous layer for optimal paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and baked for 20 minutes at 200–220 °C. Wood Features: The wood material used for production will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated to the project specifications with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Wood quality requirements include: - Knots: each meter may contain up to four solid knots, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: each meter may contain one resin pocket up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long; no leaking or pulling resin is allowed. - No inner bark, rot holes, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. - Bending: deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact: impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: torsional deformation will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. - Saw marks: deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length is acceptable. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Main Supports: Four carrier legs, each at least 60 × 60 mm (2.4 x 2.4 in), will be made from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof carriers will be fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Laths on the profiles will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, milled at the corners to shape, and fastened with galvanized screws. The ridge board will use wooden laths (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped blades and mounted with special galvanized screws. All fixed connections will use special galvanized screws. Base Support: The base of the covered picnic table will be made from 60 × 60 mm (2.4 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Base profiles, table frames, and bench frames will be attached with special galvanized screws. Seating Unit: Two opposing seating units provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), a length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and a seat height of 75 cm (29.5 in). Seating frame components will be fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit will include eight wooden laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six backrest laths (minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)), all fastened to the metal frames with galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is made from wooden laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped blades in a patterned design. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Under each carrier leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be marked on each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be installed with screws and secured to the ground using steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring stable foot placement. Gazebo anchors will be welded to flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead on both sides. Six special screws will secure each anchor to the foot, and two dowelled screws will connect each foot to the ground. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester and baked as described.
