Seating area: 180 × 250 cm (70.9 x 98.4 in). Height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Metal features: All metal components used in production will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based coating and baked in a furnace. Metal tube profiles will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). To ensure good paint adhesion, the metal will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then treated with a phosphate coating that creates microscopic pores. After fabrication, the metal parts will receive an electrostatic polyester paint finish and be cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in) and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include up to four solid knots per meter, each knot not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. No ring cracks, though fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present within specification limits. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length may appear, but no dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, decay cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only the stated tolerances apply. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length, and impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Edge bend tolerance is between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main carriers: Four electrostatic powder‑coated metal legs, each at least 60 × 60 mm (2.4 x 2.4 in), will support the structure. Leg height is 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof carriers are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The supporting slats are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden pieces, milled at both ends and fastened with galvanized screws to a wooden or fiber cover. The top rail consists of 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden slats cut with diamond‑tipped tools and attached to the roof slats with special galvanized screws. All fixed connections use galvanized fasteners. Base carrier: The base of the covered picnic table is fabricated from 60 × 60 mm (2.4 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. The base profile, table frames, and bench frames are joined with galvanized screws. Seating units: Two opposing seating units provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 75 cm (29.5 in). Their carrier parts are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit includes eight wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six back‑support slats (minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)) fastened to the metal carriers with galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is built from a minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slat, cut with diamond‑tipped tools. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchorage: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) with welded plates (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) and drilled anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be installed under the carrier legs. Each plate receives three 6 mm (0.2 in) drilled holes. Anchors are secured with screws and connected to the floor via steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and providing stable foot mounting. Gazebo anchors are welded to flanges on at least two sides, with six special screws per leg for structural attachment and two dowelled screws per leg for ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester base and baked as described.
