Tube profile lengths are manufactured within a ±20 mm (0.8 in) tolerance. Prior to painting, metal parts are cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then phosphated to create a porous surface for optimal paint adhesion. After electrostatic polyester painting, the parts are cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood used is first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Sections are cut within a ±2 mm (0.1 in) tolerance, and overall dimensions within a ±20 mm (0.8 in) tolerance. Each meter may contain up to four solid knots, none exceeding one‑quarter of the part width. No rot, defect, or split knots are allowed. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permitted within tolerance. Resin pockets may appear up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, one per meter, with no dripping or cracking. No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing deviations are limited to the specified tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length, and impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the width. Twist is limited to 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Bow deflection is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main Supports: Four carrier legs, each 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), are fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles; leg height is 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof carriers are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Over these, 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden slats are fitted, with two corners shaped by routing. The slats are fastened with galvanized screws to a wooden or fiber composite decking, optionally covered with an American cedar‑shingle roofing material. The front board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden slats machined with diamond‑tipped tools and mounted with special galvanized screws. All fixed connections use special galvanized screws. Base Support: The base of the roofed picnic table is made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) powder‑coated metal profile, attached to the table and bench frames with galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposite benches provide a seating width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Bench carriers are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Each bench includes eight wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six back‑rest slats (minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)), all secured with galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in), constructed from at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats cut with diamond‑tipped tools. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Under each carrier leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) are drilled per plate. Anchors are bolted to the carrier base and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring stable foot placement. Gazebo anchors are welded to flanges with at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet welds on two sides. Each foot receives six special screws for the anchor connection and two dowelled screws for ground attachment. All metal parts are powder‑coated with polyester paint and baked.
