SKU: SS-012445
Seating Area: 180 x 255 cm (70.9 x 100 in) Height: 245 cm (96.5 in) Metal Features: All metal components used for manufacturing will be painted by powder coating with a polyester‑based powder and baked. Metal tube profile dimensions will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To ensure proper paint adhesion, the metal parts will be cleaned of oil, dirt and rust, then pretreated with a phosphating process to create a porous surface. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria per meter: up to 4 solid knots, knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the total width; no rotten, split, partially fused or missing knots; no ring‑shake cracks; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are acceptable if within tolerance; occasional pressure‑treated cracks may appear within tolerance. Resin pockets no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), maximum one per meter, with no leaking resin. No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Bending shall not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact marks shall not exceed 1/100 of the width; torsion shall not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; deflection shall be between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length; all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Four support legs, each 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), will be made from electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. The leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof supports will be fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. Laths measuring 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) will be made from wood and cut at both ends with a router. The laths will be fastened with galvanized screws and covered with either wood veneer, laminate, or fiber material. An optional shingle roof (American cedar shingle) may be applied. The fascia board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden laths with a diamond‑shaped knife pattern, attached to the roof laths with special galvanized screws. All fixed connections use special galvanized screws. Lower Support: The lower frame of the covered picnic table will be made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. The lower frame will be joined to the tabletop and bench frames with special galvanized screws. Seating Unit: Two opposing seating units provide a seating width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Seating frame members are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit includes eight wooden laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six backrest laths (minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)) fastened to the metal frames with galvanized screws. Table Top: The tabletop measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is built from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden laths with pressure‑treated, diamond‑shaped knife pattern. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Flanges of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded to the support leg bottoms, with 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) cutouts for welding. Two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the underside of the supports and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Picnic gazebo anchoring uses a minimum of 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges welded on at least two sides. Six special screws per leg secure the vertical posts, and two doweled screws per leg attach the anchors to the floor. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and oven‑cured.
