Seating area: 300 × 300 cm (118 x 118 in) Roof area: 370 × 370 cm (146 x 146 in) Height: 290 cm (114 in) Wood specifications: The timber used for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include: • Knots: up to four sound knots per meter; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defect, partially fused, or missing knots will be present. • Cracks: no ring‑shaped cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. • Resin pockets: at most one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are allowed. • Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances may cause deviations. • Deflection: will not exceed 1⁄50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1⁄100 of the member width. • Twisting: will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. • Bending at the end grain: tolerated between 1⁄50 and 1⁄100 of the member length. • Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Main carriers: Four carrier legs will be fabricated from pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades for a decorative motif. The carrier legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The gazebo’s roof frame will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each rafter will be shaped on a router. The top of the rafters will be fastened with wooden sheathing or fiber material, then covered with zinc‑coated nails and American cedar shingle roofing. The ridge board will use lumber at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), also cut with diamond‑tipped blades and attached to the roof rafters with special galvanized wood screws. All permanent connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Connections between the main carrier and the roof will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper panels: The upper railing width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades. They will be mounted to the main carrier with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs will be made from similarly prepared wood and attached with galvanized screws. Lower panels (railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades, mounted with special galvanized wood screws. Additional decorative wood pieces (40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in)) shaped with diamond‑tipped blades will be attached with galvanized screws. The gate will use two pieces of pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). Seating unit: The seating unit consists of nine L‑shaped wooden legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), attached at one end to the carrier and at the other end to the seating rail with four special galvanized screws per leg. On each L‑leg, twelve wooden seating rails (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 300 cm (118 in) long) and eight shorter rails (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 100 cm (39.4 in) long) will be installed using special galvanized screws. Anchorage: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of each carrier leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) steel plate attached by two bolts or anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Each plate will have three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the carrier legs and connected to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact and securing the legs to the ground. Gazebo anchors will be welded to the flange edges on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Six special screws will secure each leg to the vertical posts, and two dowel screws will secure each leg to the ground. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked in an oven.
