All wood sections are cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each piece may contain up to four solid knots, none exceeding one‑quarter of the part’s width. No rot, decay, or split knots are permitted. Ring cracks are excluded; only fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are allowed, and any pressure‑treated cracks must remain within tolerance limits. Resin pockets are limited to one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, with no leaking or pulling resin, no inner shells, rot holes, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only allowed deviations fall within the specified tolerances. Bending tolerance is limited to 1/50 of the member length; impact tolerances are limited to 1/100 of the member width. Twisting is limited to 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Axial bending is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main Supports: Supports are fabricated from pine lumber measuring at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives and featuring decorative motifs. Support leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof’s primary rafters are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, shaped by routing two corners. Rafters are fastened with wood cladding or fiber material, covered with zinc‑coated membranes using wide‑head specialty nails, and finished with American cedar‑shingle roofing attached with the same wide‑head nails. The lower ledger board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wood, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives and secured to the roof rafters with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections employ stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the main supports and the roof use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: Upper railing width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. They are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Inter‑frame decorative wood pieces are also fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railing): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames share the same 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded, diamond‑cut construction and are attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Additional decorative wood pieces, sized 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) and cut with diamond‑tipped knives, are installed with galvanized screws. The gate uses two pieces of wood at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). Seating Unit: The seating module consists of nine L‑shaped wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)), each anchored to a support post and a seating rail with four wooden seating rails, all fastened with special galvanized screws. Twelve seating rails, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and 300 cm (118 in) long, and eight rails at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and 100 cm (39.4 in) long, are cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws. Anchorage: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) are welded to the bottom of each support leg, with 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates drilled for anchoring bolts (two 6 mm (0.2 in) holes per plate). Anchors are bolted to the supports and connected to the ground via steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors are welded with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld on at least two sides of the flange. Each leg receives six specially sized anchoring screws and two dowel screws for ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester finish and baked for durability.
