Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Specifications: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall wood dimensions will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Each piece may contain up to four solid knots. The total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the part’s width. No rot, splits, partially fused or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks are permitted. Hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated wood may show head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No resin pockets longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); at most one per piece. No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are allowed. - Manufacturing defects: None; deviations are limited to the specified tolerances. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Lateral bending: Lateral deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber cut with diamond‑tipped special blades that add a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof framing of the gazebo will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each joist will be shaped on a router. The tops of the joists will be fastened with wood veneer or fiber sheeting. Zinc‑coated nails with large heads will attach the veneer, and the roof will be covered with shingle (American cedar) using the same large‑head nails. The ridge board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wood pieces cut with diamond‑tipped blades and mounted to the roof joists with special galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main support to roof connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The upper guardrails are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood pieces sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped blades. They are mounted to the main supports with special galvanized wood screws. Additional decorative motifs are also made from wood and fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail is 75 cm (29.5 in) high. Its frames are also 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded, diamond‑cut wood, attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Decorative wood pieces sized 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) are cut with diamond‑tipped blades and fastened with galvanized screws. The gate uses two pieces of at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wood. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of nine L‑shaped wood legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)), each leg attached at one end to the support and at the other end to the seating rail with four galvanized wood screws. Twelve seating rails measuring at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and 300 cm (118 in) long, and eight rails 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and 100 cm (39.4 in) long, are cut with diamond‑tipped blades and mounted with galvanized screws. Anchoring: A flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate welded on top. Two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and anchored to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded to flanges on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑support connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the anchor‑to‑ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked.
