Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in). Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in). Height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood Specifications: The hardwood material for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The required wood characteristics include: - Knots: Each meter may contain up to four solid knots, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring‑shaped cracks. Fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: Each meter may contain one resin pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, inner shells, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. - Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances may apply. - Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Camber: Camber will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove any splinters. Primary Supports: Eight 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber supports with diamond‑shaped, motif‑cut ends will be fabricated. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof frame’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with two corners milled for shaping. The slats will be fastened with wood‑screw‑in laminated panels or fiber material. Zinc‑coated membranes will be mounted with wide‑head special nails, followed by the installation of an American shingle roofing material known as “shingle.” The rake board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wood slats cut with diamond‑shaped motif blades and attached to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will consist of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑shaped blades, attaching one end to the main support and the other to the rake board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws will be used for the main support‑to‑roof connections. Pigeon Loft: The pigeon loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in), with roof slats made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden battens will be placed 30 mm (1.2 in) apart between the 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) upper and lower wood members. The slats will be screwed to waterproof wooden laminates, which will be covered with zinc‑coated membranes fastened with wide‑head special nails, and then finished with an American shingle roofing material featuring a clover‑leaf pattern. The eave board will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) wood shaped with a diamond‑shaped motif blade. Upper Panels: The upper guardrail width is 40 cm (15.7 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and edge‑finished with diamond‑shaped blades. They will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with diamond‑shaped motif blades and will be installed with special galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and edge‑finished with diamond‑shaped blades, and will be mounted to the main supports with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs of 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with diamond‑shaped motif blades will be fixed with galvanized screws and transparent special wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit uses eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden L‑shaped legs, each attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating slats. Four wooden slats per side, shaped with diamond‑shaped motif blades, will be fastened with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: Flange plates of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) sleeve welded on top. Two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the support legs with screws and secured to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and ensures stable footing. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, wrapped on both sides of the vertical columns, and welded together. Six special screws will be installed per column for the column connection, and two dowel screws per column for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
