Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in). Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in). Height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood Specifications: The lumber used for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: Knots – each piece may contain up to four sound knots, with the total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the component width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible if within pressure‑treated specifications. Resin pockets – at most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the specified tolerances apply. Flexure – deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the component length. Impact – impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the component width. Twist – torsional deformation will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Edge bend – tolerances between 1/50 and 1/100 of the component length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Eight 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine beams with diamond‑tipped knives will form the supporting legs, each 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: Roof support slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber, milled at both ends and faced with wooden decking or fiber material and fastened with screws. Asphalt‑impregnated membranes will be attached with large‑head nails, followed by shingle roofing (American cedar‑shingle style). The eave board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats with diamond‑cut motifs, secured to the roof slats with galvanized screws. The roof framing will consist of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the main supports to the eave board. All fixed connections will use stainless steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws will be used where the main supports meet the roof. Pigeon Loft: The loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in), constructed from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) roof slats. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden battens will be placed 30 mm (1.2 in) apart between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats. The slats will be fastened with shiplap timber and covered with asphalt membranes and large‑head nails, then finished with shingle roofing featuring a cloverleaf pattern. The eave board will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) timber shaped with a diamond‑tipped motif knife. Upper Panels: Upper railings are 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) pieces of wood sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives, attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) diamond‑cut wooden pieces, also fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with diamond‑cut edges, mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs of 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) diamond‑cut wood are installed with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit comprises eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating slats. Four diamond‑cut wooden slats per side are fastened with galvanized screws. Anchorage: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates, which will be drilled for two anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Anchors will be bolted to the footings and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and providing stable foot support. Gazebo anchors will be welded to a minimum of two 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges on each side. Six specialty screws will be installed per foot for anchor connection, and two dowel‑type screws per foot for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester finish and baked.
