Seating Area: 400 cm (157 in) × 400 cm (157 in) (510 × 400). Roof Area: 470 cm (185 in) × 470 cm (185 in). Height: 530 cm (209 in). Wood Specifications: The gazebo is constructed from first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. All wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each piece may contain up to four solid knots; the total knot diameter does not exceed a quarter of the piece width. Rot, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are not present. No ring cracks are allowed; hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) may appear, as may pressure‑treated cracks within the specified tolerance limits. Resin pockets are limited to one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, with no dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the defined tolerances may cause variations. Bending is limited to 1/50 of the member length, and impact deformation is limited to 1/100 of the member width. Torsion does not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and edge bending is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces are sanded and coated with a white lacquer. Main Supports: Eight support legs are fabricated from 90 mm (3.5 in) × 90 mm (3.5 in) pine timber, each milled with diamond‑tipped blades to add a motif. The support legs are 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof Structure: Roof bearing beams are made from 50 mm (2 in) × 100 mm (3.9 in) timber, with two corners routed for shaping. The beams are fastened with wood‑bonded panels or fiber material, then covered with zinc‑treated membrane and special wide‑head nails. The roof is finished with American cedar‑style shingles (shingle) attached using wide‑head nails. The eaves board uses 30 mm (1.2 in) × 130 mm (5.1 in) timber, also milled with diamond‑tipped blades, and is secured to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame is reinforced with eight 50 mm (2 in) × 50 mm (2 in) ribs, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, connecting the main supports to the eaves board. All fixed connections are made with stainless‑steel wood screws; the connection between the main supports and the roof uses specially galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The top guardrail is 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Guardrail frames are 50 mm (2 in) × 50 mm (2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and milled with diamond‑tipped blades, then fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs are made from 40 mm (1.6 in) × 50 mm (2 in) timber and are also installed with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail is 75 cm (29.5 in) high. Guardrail frames are 50 mm (2 in) × 70 mm (2.8 in) timber, sanded on all sides and milled with diamond‑tipped blades, and are attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Decorative motifs of 40 mm (1.6 in) × 50 mm (2 in) timber are installed with galvanized screws and transparent specialty wood adhesive. Upper‑Level Guardrail: The upper guardrail height is 100 cm (39.4 in). Frames are 50 mm (2 in) × 70 mm (2.8 in) timber, sanded and milled with diamond‑tipped blades, and attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Decorative motifs of 40 mm (1.6 in) × 50 mm (2 in) timber are fixed with galvanized screws and transparent specialty wood adhesive. Anchoring: At the base of each support leg, a 18 mm (0.7 in) × 13 mm (0.5 in) × 3 mm (0.1 in) flange is welded with a 15 mm (0.6 in) × 8 mm (0.3 in) × 2 mm (0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 mm (0.5 in) × 8 mm (0.3 in) × 3 mm (0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are added to each 15 mm (0.6 in) × 8 mm (0.3 in) plate. The anchors are bolted to the support legs and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring stable footings. Flange anchorage is welded on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Six special screws are installed per foot for the anchor‑to‑support connection, and two dowelled screws per foot secure the anchor to the ground. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked for durability.
