Seating area: 400 cm (157 in) × 400 cm (157 in) (510 × 400 cm (201 x 157 in)). Roof area: 470 cm (185 in) × 470 cm (185 in). Height: 530 cm (209 in). Wood specifications: The structure is built from first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. All wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each meter may contain up to four sound knots, none exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defective, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. No ring cracks are present; hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are acceptable, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets are limited to one per meter and must not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. There are no leaking, pulling, inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Deflection limits: Bending may not exceed 1/50 of the member length, impact not more than 1/100 of the member width, twisting not more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and edge bending between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth and finished with a white lacquer. Primary supports: Eight 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine beams, machined with diamond‑tipped knives, form the support legs, which stand 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof structure: Supporting rafters are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) pieces, milled at both corners and covered with wood‑grade siding or fiber board, fastened with wide‑head nails. The roof is finished with shingle‑type roofing (American cedar shingle) attached with wide‑head nails and a zinc‑coated membrane. Fascia boards of at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), also patterned with diamond‑tipped knives, are screwed to the rafters using galvanized wood screws. The roof frame uses eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) diagonal members, cut at specific angles and joined to both the main supports and the fascia with galvanized fasteners. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the main support and roof use special galvanized wood screws. Upper panels: The upper railing is 35 cm (13.8 in) high, with 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) frames sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped tools. Frames are attached to the main support with galvanized wood screws, and intermediate decorative pieces (40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in)) are also fastened with galvanized screws. Lower panels (railing): The lower railing stands 75 cm (29.5 in) high, using 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) sanded frames and the same attachment method. The upper level railing is 100 cm (39.4 in) high and uses identical construction. Anchoring: Steel flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) are welded to the base of each support leg, with additional plates (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) drilled for anchor bolts. Each flange receives six 6 mm (0.2 in) diameter bolts, and two additional bolts secure the assembly to the ground via steel dowels. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester finish. The entire gazebo is designed for durability, precise craftsmanship, and a clean white‑lacquered appearance.
