Seating Area: 300 × 400 cm (118 x 157 in) Roof Size: 370 × 470 cm (146 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Material: First‑class yellow pine Wood Characteristics: The timber used for manufacturing will be 1st‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: Knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots, and the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defects, partially fused or fallen knots are allowed. Cracks – ring cracks are prohibited; micro‑cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present, as well as head‑ and longitudinal cracks permissible under pressure‑treated specifications, provided they remain within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – at most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking, pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the specified tolerances are acceptable. Deflection – may not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact – may not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist – may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Edge deflection – will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be finished with a white lacquer. Main Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from eight pine lumber pieces, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped specialty knives to add a motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: The roof’s carrying beams of the gazebo will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be shaped on a router. The tops of the beams will be fastened with wood‑pressed laminate or fiber material. On top of the laminate, zinc‑coated membranes will be mounted with wide‑head special nails, followed by an American cedar‑shingle style roofing material installed with the same wide‑head nails. The fascia board will use wood laths at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives, and attached to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection will consist of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) laths, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, forming a roof‑frame that is mounted to the main supports on one side and to the fascia board on the other. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Upper Panels: The upper guardrail width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides, and cut with special diamond‑tipped knives for a beveled edge. Frames will be installed with galvanized wood screws into the main supports. Intermediate decorative pieces are made from wood measuring 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) and will be fastened with galvanized screws to the guardrail frames. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in), sanded on all sides, and cut with special diamond‑tipped knives for a beveled edge. Frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are made from pressed‑laminate wood and will be attached to the guardrail frames with galvanized screws and a clear specialty wood adhesive. Anchoring: Under each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the underside of the supports and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring a firm footing for the support legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from minimum‑2.5 mm (0.1 in)‑thick flanges, wrapped around at least two sides of the vertical posts using a welding method. Six specialty screws will be installed per leg for the post‑to‑anchor connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked in an oven.
