Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: knots – up to 4 solid knots per meter, knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots; no ring cracks; micro‑cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are allowed; pressure‑treated lumber may contain head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – maximum length 10 cm (3.9 in), one per meter, no dripping or pulling resin, no inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only tolerances may cause deviations. Bending: not exceeding 1/50 of the piece length; impact not exceeding 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting: not exceeding 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Edge bending: tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be painted with a white lacquer. Main Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives to give a motif. Leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo roof’s supporting joists will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each joist will be shaped on a router. The joist tops will be fastened with wooden pressure‑treated cladding or fiber material. Over the cladding, zinc‑coated membranes will be installed with large‑head special nails, followed by an American‑kirmi shingle roofing material applied with the same nails. The overhang board will receive motif‑cut wooden joists (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) attached with galvanised wood screws. The roof frame will be built from eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) joists, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the main support to the overhang board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the main support and roof will use special galvanised wood screws. Upper Panels: Upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. Frames are mounted to the main support with galvanised wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood and are also fixed with galvanised screws. Lower Panels (Railing): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. Frames are mounted to the main support with galvanised wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from pressure‑treated cladding wood and are installed with galvanised screws and a clear special wood adhesive. Anchoring: Under each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchoring holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the legs and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded to flanges at a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness, wrapping at least two sides of each column. Six special screws will be placed per leg for column attachment, and two dowelled screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked.
