Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics: Knots – Each piece may contain up to four solid knots; knot diameters will not exceed one quarter of the total piece width. No rot, split, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. Cracks – No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated lumber may have head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – Each piece may have one resin pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the specified tolerances are accepted. Deflection – Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact – Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist – Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Sag under load – Sag will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. Sanding – All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be finished with white lacquer. Main Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades that add a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof joists of the gazebo will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each joist will be shaped with a router. The joist tops will be covered with wood‑pressed boarding or fiber material and fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will attach membranes, and the same nails will install a shingle roofing material known as “American Kiremidi.” The eave board will be fitted with 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) timber pieces, also cut with diamond‑tipped blades, and secured to the roof joists with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will be built from eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) joists, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, joining the main supports to the eave board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑support‑to‑roof connections will use specially galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The top rail width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Rail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades. They will be fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber and are also mounted with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Rail): The lower rail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Rail frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades, and attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. The intermediate motifs are made from wood‑pressed boarding and are installed with galvanized screws and a clear special wood adhesive. Anchoring: A flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded to the bottom of the support legs, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer welded on top. Two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from flanged plates at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, welded on two sides. Six special screws will attach each anchor to the leg, and two dowel screws will secure each leg to the ground. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
