Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions will have a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics: • Knots: Each board may contain up to four solid knots; the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the board width. No rot, sapwood, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. • Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible provided they remain within tolerance limits. • Resin pockets: Each board may contain a single resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no dripping or sucking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not allowed, only deviations within the specified tolerances. • Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact deformation will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. • Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. • Bending at the tip: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. • Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and painted with a white lacquer. Main Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from pine lumber sized at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives that add decorative motifs. The legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: The gazebo roof’s support beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be routed for shaping. The tops will be fastened with wood‑pressed siding or fiber material, then covered with lead‑treated membranes secured with wide‑head special nails. The roof will be finished with American cedar‑shingle material (known as "shingle") attached with the same wide‑head nails. The soffit will be fitted with 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative wood slats, mounted to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. For the roof connection, eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats—each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives—will form a roof frame, attached at one end to the main support and at the other to the soffit. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used where the main support meets the roof. Upper Panels: The top railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood that has been sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. These frames are secured to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood and are also fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are made from 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) sanded wood with edges finished by diamond‑tipped knives, mounted to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Additional motifs are crafted from wood‑pressed siding and attached with galvanized screws and a clear specialty wood adhesive. Anchoring: Each support leg will have a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate welded on top. Two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. The anchors will be fastened to the legs with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs to the floor. Gazebo anchors will be welded to at least two sides of a 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Seating group is not included.
