Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include: - Knots: Each piece may contain up to four solid knots; the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the part width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated cracks may appear within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No more than one pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes are allowed. - Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the stated tolerances may deviate. - Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact deflection will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Bending of the blade: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be painted with white lacquer. Main Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from pine lumber at least 90 x 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped specialty knives and given a motif. The legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The gazebo roof’s support slats will be made from 50 x 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be shaped on a router. The tops will be fastened with wood‑pressed laminate or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will attach the laminate, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing material. The lower boarding will use wooden slats at least 30 x 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted with galvanized wood screws. The roof framing will consist of eight 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the main support to the lower boarding. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑support‑to‑roof joints will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: Upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Railing frames are 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and machined with diamond‑tipped knives; they are fastened to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 x 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood and are also attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 x 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in), sanded on all sides and machined with diamond‑tipped knives, mounted with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from wood‑pressed laminate and are attached with galvanized screws and a clear specialty wood glue. Anchoring: Under each support leg a 18 x 13 x 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 x 8 2 mm (0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 x 8 3 mm (0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 x 8 2 mm (0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the legs and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Picnic‑gazebo anchors will be fabricated from flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, welded on both sides. Six specialty screws will be installed per leg for anchoring to the brackets, and two dowel screws per leg for grounding. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Seating group is not included.
