Lumber sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Wood must meet the following criteria per meter: up to four solid knots, total knot diameter not exceeding ¼ of the part width; no rot, splits, or missing knots; no ring cracks; micro‑cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) allowed within spec; pressure‑treated resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, only one per meter, no drips or cracks; no inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances apply. Bending shall not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impact marks shall not exceed 1/100 of the width. Twist shall not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Deflection in the grain shall be between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and finished with white lacquer. Primary Supports: Support legs are made from pine timber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tip knives featuring decorative motifs. Leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof Structure: Roof beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) pine, two corners routed for shape, covered with wood‑pressed boards or fiber panels and fastened with screws. Z‑shaped membranes are attached with wide‑head specialty nails, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing secured with the same nails. The front board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative pine beams, mounted to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, cut at specific angles and joined with diamond‑tip knives, connecting the main support to the front board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑to‑roof joints use galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: Upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tip knives, attached to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber, also fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) sanded timber edged with diamond‑tip knives, mounted to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from wood‑pressed boards and glued with transparent specialty wood glue, then secured with galvanized screws. Anchoring: At the base of each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be drilled per plate. Anchors are bolted to the legs and welded to steel dowels embedded in the ground, preventing water contact and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors use minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges welded on both sides. Six special screws per leg secure the anchor to the post, and two dowel screws per leg fix the anchor to the ground.
