Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots; the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defects, partially fused or fallen knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; hairline cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) may be present. Pressure‑treated impregnation may cause head and foot cracks, but they must remain within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – no pocket longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter, with at most one per meter. No dripping or suction resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, no insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only deviations within the defined tolerances are permitted. Bending – will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact – will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting – will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Flexural tolerance – between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be painted with a white lacquer. Main Supports: The support legs will be fabricated from pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives to add a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof framework of the gazebo will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each rafter will be shaped on a router. The top of the rafters will be covered with wooden veneer or fiber panels and fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated membranes will be mounted on the veneer with wide‑head special nails, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing material attached with the same nails. The front board will have at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden laths, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, fastened to the roof rafters with galvanized wood screws. For the roof connection, eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) laths, cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will form the roof frame, attaching one end to the main support and the other to the front board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the main support to roof connections. Upper Panels: The upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) pieces of wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. They will be mounted to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from wood measuring 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) and will be fastened to the upper and lower railing frames with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in), sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives, mounted to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from veneer wood and will be attached to the railing frames with galvanized screws and clear special wood glue. Anchoring: At the base of each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. The anchors will be bolted to the supports with screws and connected to the ground using steel dowels. This prevents wood from contacting water and secures the support legs to the floor. Gazebo anchoring will use a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flange welded on both sides of the uprights. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the uprights, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint in a furnace.
