Seating Area: 300 x 500 cm (118 x 197 in). Roof Area: 370 x 570 cm (146 x 224 in). Height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood Features: The lumber used will be 1st‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: - Knots: up to four solid knots per piece, each knot diameter not exceeding ¼ of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or fallen knots. - Cracks: no ring cracks; microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible within tolerance. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and longitudinal cracks within limits. - Resin pockets: at most one per piece, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping, pulling resin, inner shell, rot holes, or insect holes. - No manufacturing defects; only tolerances as specified. - Bending: not greater than 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact marks: not greater than 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: not greater than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Flexural deflection: tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Ten pine timber pieces, 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives, will form the support legs. Leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: Supporting beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood; two corners of each beam are shaped on a router. The tops are fastened with wood‑sheathed weather‑proof cladding or fiber material, optionally covered with American cedar shingles. The eave board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wood beams cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized wood screws. Roof trusses consist of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood beams, with the underside covered in weather‑proof cladding. Horizontal 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) carrier trusses are placed every 50 cm (19.7 in). One side of the roof is extended for shading and is wrapped down to the floor with weather‑proof cladding. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws are used for main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Lower Panels (Railings): Railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with edges cut by diamond‑tipped knives, mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws. Three 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts are used. Anchoring: At the bottom of each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) holes are drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the legs and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact and providing solid footing. Gazebo anchors are welded to the flange edges (minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld) on at least two sides. Six special screws are installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Seating group is not included.
