Seating area: 300 × 900 cm (118 x 354 in). Roof area: 370 × 970 cm (146 x 382 in). Height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood: first‑class pine. The timber used for manufacturing will be first‑class Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics: knots – up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, defect, partially fused or fallen knots. Crack – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible within tolerance. Pressure‑treated lumber may show acceptable head and longitudinal cracks within spec limits. Resin pockets – at most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no leaking or pulling resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, and no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only tolerances apply. Flexure – deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact – impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist – twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Shear – shear will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of member length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded clean of splinters. All wood will be painted with white lacquer. Main carriers: carrier legs will be fabricated from pine lumber at a minimum size of 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades to create a motif. Carrier leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: the gazebo roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, milled at both corners for shaping. The slats will be covered with wood‑pressed paneling or fiber material and screwed in place. Broad‑head special nails will install bitumen‑impregnated membranes, followed by American‑style shingle roofing secured with the same nails. The fascia board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wood slats cut with diamond‑tipped blades, fastened to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. Roof framing will employ eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, connecting the main carrier to the fascia. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; roof‑to‑carrier connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper panels: the upper guard rail is 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Guard rail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood pieces, sanded on all sides and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, then mounted to the main carrier with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood and attached with the same fasteners. Lower panels (guard rail): the lower guard rail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) sanded wood pieces cut with diamond‑tipped blades, mounted to the main carrier with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from wood‑pressed paneling, attached with galvanized screws and transparent specialty wood glue. Anchoring: under each carrier leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer; two 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates will be drilled for anchors, each plate receiving three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the carrier legs and to the ground using steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchoring plates (minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness) will be welded around at least two sides. Six specialty screws will be installed per leg for anchorage to the vertical posts, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint baked in a furnace. Seating group is not included.
