Wood specifications: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑class pine. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter; total knot diameter must not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated environments may allow head and tail cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: At most one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, no insect holes. - Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the specified tolerances are acceptable. - Deflection: Must not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact marks: Must not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Must not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Bending tolerance: Between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and painted with white lacquer. Main Carriers: Carrier legs will be fabricated from pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives, and will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The gazebo’s roof carrier slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be routed for shaping. The slats' upper surfaces will be fastened with wood veneer cladding or fiber material. Zinc‑coated membranes will be mounted with wide‑head special nails, followed by covering with American cedar shingle roofing material. Verge board slats (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped knives will be fastened with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame will be built from eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the carrier to the verge board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; special galvanized wood screws will be used for carrier‑to‑roof connections. Upper Panels: Upper guard rail width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Guard rail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, and will be mounted to the main carrier with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood and will also be fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): Lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in), sanded and shaped similarly, and will be mounted with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from veneer cladding wood, attached with galvanized screws and transparent special wood glue. Anchoring: Under each carrier leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be marked on each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be screwed to the bottom of the carriers and secured to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable foot attachment. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding minimum‑2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges to at least two sides of each post. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for floor connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint in a furnace. Seating group is not included.
