Bending tolerance: Between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. Wood will be painted with white lacquer. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from pine timber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades that add a motif. Leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof support beams will be 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) pine timber. Two corners of each beam will be routed for shaping. The tops will be fastened with wooden cladding or fiber material. On the cladding, zinc‑coated membranes will be attached with wide‑head special nails, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing installed with the same nails. The fascia board will use pine timber 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) with diamond‑tipped special blades, mounted with galvanized screws. The roof connection frame will consist of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, attached to the main support and the fascia board. All fixed connections will use stainless steel wood screws; roof‑to‑main‑support connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: Upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades, and mounted with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber and attached with the same screws. Lower Panels (Railing): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades, mounted with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from cladded pine timber and installed with galvanized screws and clear special wood glue. Anchoring: Under each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, which will be drilled for two bolts or anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate). Each plate will have three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges (minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick) around at least two sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with polyester paint in a furnace. Seating group is not included.
