Surfaces will be pre‑treated with a phosphate coating to promote paint adhesion, then finished with a polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be produced with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable characteristics include up to four solid knots per meter, knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the component width, no rot, decay, or split knots, and only fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) within tolerance limits. Resin pockets, dripping resin, inner bark, rot cavities, and insect holes are prohibited. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only permissible tolerances apply. Deflection limits are 1/50 of the component length, impact limits 1/100 of the width, and twist limits 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Surface sanding will remove all imperfections. Primary supports: Four carrier legs made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles, each 215 cm (84.6 in) tall. Roof: Roof carriers fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles; the rafters are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden slats, milled at the corners and fastened with galvanized screws. The roof is covered with shingle‑type roofing material (American cedar), attached with wide‑head special nails and galvanized fasteners. Lower carrier: Constructed from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles; the lower frame is assembled with galvanized screws to the tabletop and bench frames. Seating units: Two opposing benches, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Bench carriers are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles, with eight minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats for the seat and six 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in) wooden slats for the backrest, all secured with galvanized screws. Table: Table size 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in), made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats treated with pressure‑impregnation and diamond‑cut motifs. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high, fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Flange plates (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) with countersunk holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) are welded to the carrier legs; anchor holes are drilled for bolts and screws to secure the structure to the ground using steel dowels.
