Covered Picnic Table (Metal) 225(L)x180(W)x243(H) Seating Area: 180 x 225 cm (70.9 x 88.6 in) Height: 245 cm (96.5 in) Metal Features: All metal parts used in manufacture will be painted by oven curing with a polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To ensure good paint adhesion, the metal surfaces will be pre‑treated with a phosphate coating that removes oil, grease, and rust, creating microscopic pores. After fabrication, the metal parts will receive a polyester‑based electrostatic paint finish and then be cured in a 200–220 °C furnace for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Wood specifications include: - Knots: Up to four sound knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width. - No decay, defects, or split knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. - Pressed impregnation may produce permissible head and longitudinal cracks within tolerance. - Resin pockets: No longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), maximum one per meter; no leaking or pulling resin. - No inner shell, rot holes, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the stated tolerances. - Bending: Not to exceed 1/50 of the part length. - Impact marks: Not to exceed 1/100 of the part width. - Twisting: Maximum 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Camber: Between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Four support legs, each at least 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), will be made from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof support members will be fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The rafters will be 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden slats, milled at both ends. The tops of the slats will be fastened with wooden battens, fiber panels, or similar material, then covered with zinc‑coated nails and American cedar‑shingle roofing. Decorative wooden rafters (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) will be installed with special galvanized screws. All fixed connections will use galvanized fasteners. Base Support: The table’s base will be made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The base frames will be mounted to the table and bench frames with special galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposite seating units each measure 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Their support members are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit includes eight wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six back‑rest slats (minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)) fastened to the metal supports with galvanized screws. Table Top: The tabletop measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is made from a minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slat cut with impregnated, diamond‑tipped tools. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and formed from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Flanges of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded with 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washers; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the support legs and secured to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring a stable installation. Gazebo anchoring follows a similar method, using at least two 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges welded on each side, with six special screws per leg for the vertical members and two dowel screws per leg for floor attachment. All metal components will be painted with polyester powder coating and oven cured.
