Picnic Table (Metal Legs) 170(L) x 170(W) x 75(H) Seating Area: 170 x 170 cm (66.9 x 66.9 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) • Metal Features: All metal components for manufacture will be painted by furnace curing with polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile dimensions will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. To ensure good paint adhesion, the metal parts will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then a phosphating process will create a porous surface ready for coating. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked for 20 minutes at 200–220 °C. • Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: knots (up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width); no rot, defect, or split knots. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible within tolerance. Pressure‑impregnation may produce occasional surface and length cracks within specified limits. Resin pockets not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, one per meter, with no leaking or pulling resin. No inner shell, rot hollows, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the defined tolerances are allowed. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact damage will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. • Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from metal profile painted with electrostatic powder coating, minimum size 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). • Seating Units: Four seating units, each 22 cm (8.7 in) wide, 100 cm (39.4 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. The seating support brackets are made of 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Each seating unit is fastened with eight galvanized screws to 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats mounted on metal brackets. • Table: The tabletop measures 100 × 100 cm (39.4 x 39.4 in) and is made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats that have been pressure‑treated and cut with diamond‑tipped knives. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile.
