Picnic Table (Wooden Top) 145(L)x162,5(W)x75(H). Seating Area: 145 x 162,5 cm (57.1 x 64 in). Height: 78 cm (30.7 in). Metal Features: All metal components used for manufacturing will be painted by oven curing with a polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile dimensions will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To remove oil, dirt, and rust and to promote good paint adhesion, the metal parts will be treated with a phosphating process that creates microscopic pores. After fabrication, the metal components will receive a polyester‑based electrostatic coating and then be baked in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes to complete the paint process. Wood Features: The wood material for production will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the overall piece width; no rot, split, partially cracked, or fallen knots; no ring cracks; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present; pressure‑treated cracks within specification and tolerance; resin pockets – at most one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); no leaking or pulling resin; no inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the stated tolerances are permitted. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width; twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length; edge bending between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length; sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Metal Carriers: Support legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Units: Two opposite seating units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 145 cm (57.1 in) long, and 41 cm (16.1 in) high. The supporting parts of the seating units will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. For each seating unit, six pieces of at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats will be mounted to the metal profile with special galvanized screws. Table: The table top measures 74 × 145 cm (29.1 x 57.1 in) and is fabricated from at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats that have been pressure‑treated and machined with diamond‑tipped special blades. The table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Impregnation process applied as described.
