Metal tube profile dimensions will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). To ensure good paint adhesion, surfaces will be pre‑treated with a phosphating process that opens pores and removes oil, dirt, and rust. After manufacturing, the metal parts will receive an electrostatic powder coating and be baked for 20 minutes at 200–220 °C. • Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Knots: up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots. Cracks: no ring cracks; fine cracks of 1‑2 mm (0.1 in) may be present. Press‑treated resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, one per meter, with no leaking or dripping resin. No inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only specified tolerances apply. Bending: deviation not exceeding 1/50 of the part length. Impact: deviation not exceeding 1/100 of the part width. Torsion: not exceeding 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Warpage: deviation between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. • Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). • Seating Units: Two opposing seats, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 145 cm (57.1 in) long, and 41 cm (16.1 in) high. Seat support parts will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile and mounted with galvanized screws to six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels. • Table: The tabletop measures 74 × 145 cm (29.1 x 57.1 in) and is made from impregnated wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) cut with diamond‑pointed specialized blades. Table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile.
