Seating Area: 500 x 500 cm (197 x 197 in) Roof Area: 570 x 570 cm (224 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Specifications: The wood material for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include knots: each meter may contain up to four solid knots, and the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or fallen knots will be present. Cracks: ring cracks will not be present; hairline cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) may occur. Pressure‑treated wood may contain head and body cracks within specified tolerances. Resin pockets: each meter may have one pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes will be present. No manufacturing defects; only deviations within specified tolerances are allowed. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Bending of the tip will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives to add a motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof support planks will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each plank will be routed to shape them. The top of the planks will be fastened with wood‑laminated board or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will secure the boards, followed by shingle roofing material (American cedar shingles). The eave board will use pine planks at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives and fastened to the roof planks with special galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Connections between the main supports and the roof will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The top railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped knives. They will be mounted to the main supports with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs will be crafted from similarly treated wood and attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped knives, mounted with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws. The gate will use two pine pieces at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of nine L‑shaped pine legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), attached at one end to the support structure and at the other end to the seating frame with four galvanized wood screws per leg. Twelve planks at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and 300 cm (118 in) long, and eight planks at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and 100 cm (39.4 in) long, cut with diamond‑tipped knives, will be fastened to the seating frame with galvanized screws. Anchoring: A flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate bearing two anchor holes. Each plate will have three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. The anchors will be bolted to the legs with screws and attached to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents wood from contacting water and secures the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded to the flanges on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the anchor‑to‑support connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked.
