Seating Area: 78 x 188 cm (30.7 x 74 in) Height: 145 cm (57.1 in) Wood Specifications: The raw wood used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut to project tolerances of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: Knots – Up to four solid knots per meter are allowed; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots are permitted. Cracks – No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Cracks in length or width caused by pressure treatment are acceptable within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – One resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or dripping resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes are allowed. Manufacturing defects – None; only deviations within the specified tolerances are permitted. Bend – Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact – Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist – Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Bow – Bow will be tolerated within 1/50 to 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters.
