Seating Area: 250 x 400 cm (98.4 x 157 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), according to the project requirements. Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter may be present. The total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. Cracks: No ring cracks. Micro‑cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated conditions may allow head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: A maximum of one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or sucking resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, and no insect holes. Manufacturing defects: None; only deviations within the defined tolerances. Deflection: Will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist: Will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Edge bending: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove any splinters.
