Seating Area: 250 x 400 cm (98.4 x 157 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Specifications: The lumber used for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible, as are pressure‑treated head and side cracks, provided they remain within tolerance limits. Resin Pockets: At most one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, and no insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing Defects: None; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Bending Tolerance: Bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters.
