Seating Area: 710 x 210 cm (280 x 82.7 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Specifications: The lumber used for manufacturing will be 1st Grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: Knots: Each piece may contain up to 4 solid knots. The total width of knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused or fallen knots are allowed. Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated environment may cause head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: Each piece may contain one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, and no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the specified tolerances apply. Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Flex to sword: Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters.
