Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: Knots – up to four solid knots per meter, total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defect, partially fused or missing knots. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: at most one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or sucking resin, no inner shell, no decay cavities, no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only the specified tolerances apply. Flexion: deflection not exceeding 1/50 of the member length. Impact: impact not exceeding 1/100 of the member width. Twist: not more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Blade flexure: between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. • Main Load‑Bearing Members: Four support legs will be made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped special blades and featuring a motif. The leg height will be 220 cm (86.6 in). • Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be routed for shaping. The top of the slats will be fastened with wooden lathes, lap siding, or fiber material. Shingles (American cedar shingles) will be attached with wide‑head special nails, followed by a zinc‑coated membrane. A header board of at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) diamond‑tipped lath will be mounted to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will use 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, attaching one end to the support structure and the other to the header board. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. • Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with a special diamond‑tipped knife. Frames are mounted to the main load‑bearing members with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are crafted from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood shaped with diamond‑tipped blades and fastened with galvanized screws. • Seating Unit: The seating unit includes six L‑shaped wooden legs (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)), each attached to the support structure at one end and to the seating slat at the other with special galvanized screws. On the L‑legs, twelve wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) shaped with diamond‑tipped blades will be mounted with special galvanized screws. • Table: Table dimensions: 60 cm (23.6 in) wide, 120 cm (47.2 in) long, 70 cm (27.6 in) high. Table legs are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) metal profile powder‑coated by electrostatic spray. The tabletop consists of six wooden slats, each 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), spanning 120 cm (47.2 in). • Anchoring: Under each support leg a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be welded to a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate, with a 12 mm (0.5 in) hole drilled. Anchors are bolted to the flange and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable footings. Gazebo anchors are fabricated by welding two flanges with a minimum 3 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld on each side. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts are finished with polyester‑based powder coating.
