Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), according to the project. Requirements for the wood used in manufacture: - Knot: Up to four solid knots per meter; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the overall piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Crack: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated cracks may appear within specification tolerances. - Resin pockets: No more than one pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, no insect holes. - Manufacturing defects: None; only allowed deviations within the stated tolerances. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact marks: Will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Compression bending: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. • Main Carriers: Carrier legs will be made from four 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) Yellow Pine beams machined with diamond‑tipped specialty knives to create a motif. The carrier leg height will be 220 cm (86.6 in). • Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each slat will be routed for shaping. The slat surfaces will be fastened with wooden veneer or fiber material. Wide‑head nails will attach zinc‑coated membranes, followed by wide‑head nails securing an American cedar shingle roof covering. The ledger board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats with diamond‑tipped knives, fastened to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. Roof connection will use two angled 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, forming a roof frame attached to the carrier on one side and to the ledger on the other. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. • Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. Frames will be mounted to the main carriers with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are crafted from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood shaped with diamond‑tipped specialty knives and attached with galvanized screws. Two 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts will be used for the gate opening. • Table: The table measures 60 cm (23.6 in) wide, 120 cm (47.2 in) long, and 70 cm (27.6 in) high. Table legs are fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) metal profile painted by electrostatic powder coating, 78 cm (30.7 in) high. The tabletop consists of six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats, 120 cm (47.2 in) long in total. • Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be placed on the bottom of each carrier leg, with a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate welded on top and a 12 mm (0.5 in) diameter hole drilled. Anchors will be bolted to the carrier legs and connected to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and secures the carrier legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding two flanges around each vertical post, with a minimum 3 mm (0.1 in) gap. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
