Product technical specifications: Seating area: 300 x 500 cm (118 x 197 in). Roof area: 370 x 570 cm (146 x 224 in). Height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood characteristics: The wood material used for production will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be manufactured with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Knot criteria: up to four solid knots per piece, with total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots are allowed. Crack criteria: ring cracks are prohibited; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: each piece may contain a single resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; deviations may only occur within the specified tolerances. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twisting will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre of length. Blade deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. The wood will be painted with white lacquer. Main carriers: The carrier legs will be fabricated from six pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and given a decorative motif. The carrier leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo’s roof frame will be built from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden battens. Two corners of each batten will be routed to shape them. The top side of the battens will be fastened with wood veneer or fiber material, followed by zinc‑coated nails and finally covered with shingle roofing (American cedar shingles). At the eave, decorative wooden battens measuring at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, will be attached to the roof battens using galvanized screws. The roof connection will use a frame of twelve 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) battens, cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives. All fixed connections will be made with stainless steel wood screws or polymer adhesive; galvanized wood screws will be used for the main carrier‑to‑roof connections. Anchoring: Under each carrier leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, with two anchor holes drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be installed with screws beneath the carriers and attached to the floor using steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the carrier legs to the ground. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from flanged sections at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, wrapped on at least two sides and welded. Six special screws will be inserted into each leg for the vertical anchoring, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint in a furnace.
