Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The following wood quality requirements apply: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter are allowed. The total width of knot diameters must not exceed one‑quarter of the part width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are permitted. - Cracks: No ring cracks are allowed. Microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Each meter may contain at most one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. - Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the specified tolerances are acceptable. - Flexure: Deflection must not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Impact marks may not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Twist may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Bow: Bow tolerance is between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Primary Supports: Four support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped special knives to create a motif. The leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof carrying beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be routed to shape them. The top of the beams will be covered with wooden tongue‑and‑groove board or fiber material and screwed in place. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will fasten oil‑impregnated membranes to the board. The roof will then be covered with American cedar shingle (known as “kiremidi”) using the same wide‑head nails. The soffit will receive 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden strips, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will be built from eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives; one end attaches to the main support, the other to the soffit. All fixed connections will use stainless steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the main support‑to‑roof connections. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with a decorative diamond‑cut profile. The frames are mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are fabricated from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with special diamond‑tipped knives and attached to the railing frames with galvanized screws and a transparent wood adhesive. Five pieces of at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) hardwood will be used for the gate (two for the gate itself and one on each side). Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of nine 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each anchored to a support leg at one end and to a seating beam at the other. Four decorative wooden slats, cut with special diamond‑tipped knives, will be installed on each side of the seating unit and secured with galvanized screws. Anchoring: At the base of each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Two 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates will be drilled for expansion bolts or anchor holes, and each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will have three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the legs and attached to the floor with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, welded on both sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for the anchor‑to‑ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
