PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 300 x 300 cm (118 x 118 in) Roof Area: 370 x 370 cm (146 x 146 in) Height: 290 cm (114 in) Wood Features: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defect, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks of 1‑2 mm (0.1 in) are permissible. Pressure‑treated cracks may be present within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: Maximum one pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No drips, pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing Defects: None; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. - Deflection: Will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Bending at the end: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Main Supports: Six support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber milled with diamond‑tipped special blades. Each leg will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: Roof rafters will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each rafter will be shaped on a router. The top of the rafters will be fastened with wooden cladding or fiber material, followed by zinc‑coated membranes secured with wide‑head special nails. The roof will then be covered with American cedar shingle attached with wide‑head special nails. The eave board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) diamond‑cut, motif‑decorated wood pieces fastened with galvanized screws. The roof frame will consist of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) pieces, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, connecting the main supports to the eave board. All fixed connections will use stainless steel wood screws; connections between the main supports and the roof will use specially galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edge‑finished with diamond‑cut tools. They will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood pieces cut with diamond‑tipped motif blades and installed with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. Upper Panels: Upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edge‑finished with diamond‑cut tools, fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs of 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood are also installed with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of six 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wood legs, each attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating slat. Each slat side will have four diamond‑tipped motif‑cut wood pieces, all fastened with special galvanized screws. Anchorage: At the base of each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, which will be drilled for two anchor holes. Each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded to flange studs on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) gap. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the vertical connections, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Impregnation: The wood will be pressure‑treated according to relevant specifications to ensure durability and resistance to decay.
