Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall wood dimensions will have a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots whose combined diameter does not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, decay, partially fused or fallen knots; cracks – no ring cracks, but fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are acceptable, as are head and foot cracks that meet pressure‑impregnation specifications within tolerance limits; resin pockets – at most one per meter and not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); no dripping or pulling resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, and no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the defined tolerances are allowed. Flexibility: Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Shaft bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded to remove splinters, and the wood will be painted with a white lacquer. • Primary Supports: Support legs will be made from six pieces of pine timber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives that add a decorative motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. • Roof: The roof’s load‑bearing slats will be fabricated from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each slat will be routed to shape them. The tops will be fastened with wooden pressure‑treated board or fiber material, then covered with tarred membranes secured with wide‑head special nails. The roof will be finished with American shingle roofing (known as "kiremit") attached using the same wide‑head nails. For the fascia board, 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, will be mounted to the roof slats with galvanized screws. The roof frame will be built using eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats whose ends are cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives; one end attaches to the main support, the other to the fascia board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws, while the main support‑to‑roof connections will use special galvanized wood screws. • Pigeon Loft: The loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in), with roof slats made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber. Between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) members, 30 mm (1.2 in) apart, 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden battens will be installed. These battens will be screwed with ventilated wooden laths, then covered with tarred membranes and wide‑head nails, followed by the same American shingle roofing that features a clover‑leaf pattern. The eaves will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) timber shaped with a diamond‑tipped motif knife. • Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber that has been sanded on all sides and edged with specially carved diamond‑tipped knives. Frames are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber also cut with diamond‑tipped motif knives and attached with galvanized screws and a transparent special wood glue. • Upper Panels: The upper railing width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Frames are constructed from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. They are fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Matching decorative pieces (40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in)) are installed in the same manner, using galvanized screws. • Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of six wooden legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), with one end fixed to the main support and the other end to the seating slats. Four decorative wooden slats are attached to each side using diamond‑tipped motif knives and galvanized screws. • Anchor: Under each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will have a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) hole drilled for a rivet, and a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will receive two anchor holes. Each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will be drilled with three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the foot of the supports, and steel dowels will connect the structure to the ground, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring firm foot placement. Gazebo anchors will be welded to flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead on both sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
