Requirements for the wood material include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter, total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused or missing knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated cracks must meet specification tolerances. - Resin pockets: Length not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter, maximum one per meter. No dripping or pulling resin. No inner core, rot cavities, insect holes. No manufacturing defects beyond the allowed tolerances. - Bending: Deflection not to exceed 1/50 of the member length. Main Supports: Support legs are made from six 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine beams cut with diamond‑tipped knives and given a motif. Leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo’s roof joists are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each joist are routed to shape. Joists are fastened with wood screws to a wooden lattice or fiber board. Over the lattice, zinc‑coated membranes are installed with wide‑head nails, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing material secured with the same nails. On the eaves, 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) diamond‑cut wood slats are mounted with galvanized screws. The roof frame uses eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the main supports to the eaves. All fixed connections use stainless steel wood screws; roof connections use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: Upper railing width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑cut knives, fastened to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood, also attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railing): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with diamond‑cut edges, attached with galvanized screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood shaped with diamond‑cut knives and glued with clear wood adhesive, then fastened with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wood legs, each attached at one end to a support and at the other to a seating slat, with four diamond‑cut motif knives per side, secured with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the supports and to a steel dowel system fixed to the floor, preventing water contact with the wood and providing stable mounting. Gazebo anchors are welded with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) seam on at least two sides. Six special screws are installed per leg for the support connection and two dowel screws per leg for the floor connection. All metal parts are powder‑coated with a polyester finish.
