Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 500 x 500 cm (197 x 197 in) Roof Area: 570 x 570 cm (224 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: • Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter are allowed; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rot, split, partially fused, or fallen knots. • Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are acceptable, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. • Resin Pockets: At most one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, no inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. • Flexure: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. • Impact: Marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. • Twist: Maximum 2 mm (0.1 in) twist per meter of length. • Bowing: Deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length will be tolerated. • Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Carriers: Eight 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine beams, machined with diamond‑tipped special knives and featuring decorative motifs, will serve as the carrier legs. The carrier leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof framework will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each rafter will be shaped with a router. The top of the rafters will be fastened with wooden batten cladding or fiber material, covered with tar‑impregnated membranes and wide‑head special nails. The roof will be finished with American cedar‑shingle roofing material. Additional decorative timber pieces (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) will be attached to the eaves using galvanized wood screws. Roof connections will be built with eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) ribs, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the carrier and the eave boards. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws will be used for carrier‑to‑roof connections. Pigeon Loft: The loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in). The roof rafters will be made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, with 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden slats placed 30 mm (1.2 in) apart between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) members. The slats will be screwed to tar‑impregnated wooden battens, then covered with membranes and shingle roofing as above. The eave board will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) timber shaped with a diamond‑tipped decorative knife. Upper Panels: The upper guardrails are 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with a decorative finish, attached to the main carrier with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged decoratively, attached to the main carrier with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber, mounted with galvanized screws and clear special wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached to the carrier on one end and to a seating lattice on the other. Four decorative wooden lattice beams per side will be shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and fastened with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the base of each carrier leg, with two 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates drilled for anchor bolts. Each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the carriers and to the ground using steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the carrier legs. The gazebo anchors will be fabricated with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld on at least two sides of each flange. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the connection to the verticals, and two dowelled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
