PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 300 x 400 cm (118 x 157 in) Roof Area: 370 x 470 cm (146 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The timber used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood features include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated environment cracks may appear within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: One pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, no inner bark, decay cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances apply. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact: Marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Edge Bending: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and painted with white lacquer. Primary Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from eight pine beams, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives to add a motif. Leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo roof’s support slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be milled for shaping. The slat surface will be covered with wooden paneling or fiber material and fastened with screws. Zinc‑tinned membranes will be installed with wide‑head special nails, followed by shingle‑type roofing material (American cedar‑shingle). The fascia board, at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), will receive a motif using diamond‑tipped knives and be mounted to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between primary supports and roof will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped knives, then assembled with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs consist of 2.5 cm (1 in) thick, 10 cm (3.9 in) wide wooden paneling, also mounted with galvanized screws. Anchorage: Under each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the legs and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchorage plates will be welded on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld.
