Wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Each meter of lumber may contain up to four sound knots; the total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused, or broken knots are allowed. No ring cracks will be present; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible within specification limits. Resin pockets longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter are not permitted, and there will be no leaking or pulling resin, inner shell, rot holes, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the stated tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the member length, and impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twisting is limited to 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Deflection in the beam will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and finished with white lacquer. Primary Supports: Eight support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, each shaped with diamond‑tipped special knives. The leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof framing uses 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each rafter are milled for shaping, then covered with wood‑grade siding or fiber board and secured with screws. Zinc‑coated membranes are installed with wide‑head nails, followed by an American‑style shingle (commonly called "shingle") fastened with the same nails. The front board (30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) will be decorated with diamond‑tipped knives and attached to the roof rafters with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections use stainless steel wood screws; the primary‑to‑roof connections employ special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and beveled with diamond‑tipped knives. They are mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs consist of 2.5 cm (1 in) thick, 10 cm (3.9 in) wide laminated wood strips, also fastened with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes will be drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be added to each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the legs and tied to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors are welded to the flanges on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked. Impregnation: (details not provided).
