Product Technical Specifications: Seating Area: 300 x 400 cm (118 x 157 in) Roof Area: 370 x 470 cm (146 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood raw material will be 1st‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: - Knots: each meter may contain up to 4 solid knots; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots. - Cracks: no ring cracks; fine cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated environment may allow head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: each meter may contain at most one resin pocket no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. - Bending: may not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks may not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Flexural tolerance: between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Six support legs will be made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber milled with diamond‑tipped blades and given a decorative motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof beams of the gazebo will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber. Two corners of each beam will be routed for shaping. The top of the beams will be fastened with wooden cladding or fiber material, then covered with zinc‑coated membranes using wide‑head special nails. Finally, the roof will be finished with American cedar‑shingle roofing material secured with wide‑head nails. The eave board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) diamond‑tipped timber pieces fastened to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the main supports and the roof will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, all sides sanded with diamond‑tipped blades. Frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Additional motifs of 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber shaped with diamond‑tipped blades will be attached with galvanized screws. Two doors will use at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden planks. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of nine 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wood legs, each attached at one end to a support and at the other end to a seating rail with four wood seating rails using special galvanized screws. On the L‑legs, twelve 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood seating rails 300 cm (118 in) long and eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) rails 100 cm (39.4 in) long will be mounted with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: Flanges of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, followed by drilling of 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) holes for anchoring plates. Two anchor holes will be drilled into each 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be fastened to the supports with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable foot mounting. Gazebo anchoring plates of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness will be welded to the flanges on both sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the connection to the vertical posts, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Imprenye: Pressure treatment will be applied according to specifications.
