Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 300 x 400 cm (118 x 157 in) Roof Area: 370 x 470 cm (146 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) • Wood Characteristics: The wood material to be used for manufacturing will be 1st Class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), according to the project. The wood material used in production must meet the following specifications: - Knots: Up to four sound knots per meter may be present. The total width of knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or missing knots will be allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks will be present. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may occur. Cracks caused by pressure impregnation may be present but must stay within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Length will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter, with at most one pocket. No leaking or sucking resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes will be present. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. - Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Bowing: Bowing will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. • Main Supports: Support legs will be made from six pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives that add a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). • Roof: The roof beams of the gazebo will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be shaped on a router. The top of the beams will be fastened with wood cladding or fiber material. Roofing felt membranes will be attached with wide‑head special nails, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing material secured with the same wide‑head nails. On the eave board, wood beams at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will be mounted to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the connections between the main supports and the roof. • Lower Panels (Railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood that has been sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. The frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs are made from wood sized 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), cut with special diamond‑tipped knives, and will also be fastened with galvanized screws. Two doors will use wood members at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). • Seating Unit: The seating unit will consist of nine wood legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), attached at one end to the support and at the other end to the seating frame with four galvanized wood screws per leg. On the L‑shaped legs will be installed twelve wood seating slats at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and 300 cm (118 in) long, and eight slats of the same size and 100 cm (39.4 in) long, all cut with diamond‑tipped knives and fastened with galvanized screws. • Anchoring: A flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will be welded on top, and two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the supports with screws and connected to the floor with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and secures the support legs to the ground. The gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding flanges of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness around at least two sides of the upright. Six special screws will be placed on each leg for the connection to the uprights, and two dowel screws per leg for the floor connection. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint in a furnace.
