Block rubber flooring material is environmentally friendly and ecological because it is made from 100 % recycled content. The rubber flooring is produced by granulating used vehicle tires, pigmenting them for color, and adding binders to form a dough. The resulting rubber dough is pressed at specific temperatures into blocks with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in). Our block rubber flooring is manufactured in 100 × 100 cm panels with thicknesses of 2 cm (0.8 in), 2.5 cm (1 in), 3 cm (1.2 in), 4 cm (1.6 in), and 5 cm (2 in), available in tile and black colors. The large size of block rubber makes it suitable for overpasses, machine platforms, industrial and factory labs, children's playgrounds, fitness areas, walkways, feeding farms, terraces, balconies, school yards, nurseries, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool edges, bike paths, garages, stalls, barns and other extensive surfaces. Rubber flooring is flexible, protective, and impact‑absorbing, offering sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire‑resistance. It is durable against sunlight, water, moisture and all weather conditions, and its slip‑resistant surface ensures safety.
