Rubber block flooring material is environmentally friendly and ecological because it is made from 100% recycled content. The production of rubber flooring involves grinding tire rubber into granules, pigmenting for color, and adding binders in specific ratios to form a dough. The rubber dough is then pressed at controlled temperatures into blocks with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in). Our rubber block flooring is manufactured in 100 × 100 cm panels with thickness options of 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 5 cm (2 in), available in tile and black colors. Thanks to its large size, the rubber blocks are suitable for overpasses, machinery walk‑unders, industrial and factory labs, children’s play areas, fitness zones, walkways, feeding farms, terraces, balconies, school yards, nurseries, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool sides, bike paths, garages, barns, stables, and other extensive surface applications. Rubber coverings are flexible, protective, and impact‑absorbing. They provide sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire resistance. They are durable against sunlight, water, moisture, and all outdoor conditions. The slip‑resistant property ensures safety.
