PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut to the project tolerances of ± 2 mm (0.1 in) for dimensions and ± 20 mm (0.8 in) for lengths. Required wood quality includes: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or missing knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are acceptable if within pressure‑treated specifications. - Resin Pockets: Maximum one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing Defects: None beyond the specified tolerances. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) twist per meter of length. - Edge Bending: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Eight pine beams, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), will be machined with diamond‑tip knives to create decorative motifs. Support leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The gazebo roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be shaped on a router, then covered with wood‑grade sheathing or fiber material and screwed in place. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will fasten bituminous membranes, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing attached with the same nails. The eave board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative slats fastened to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame will be built with eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tip knives, connecting the main supports to the eave board. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)). Each leg connects one end to the main support and the other end to the seating slat. Four decorative wooden slats per side, shaped with diamond‑tip knives, will be fastened with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg, a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate with two dowel or anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Each plate will have three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the support legs and to the ground using steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs.
