Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for manufacturing will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The following wood quality criteria apply: • Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the member width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. • Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated cracks are acceptable if within tolerance limits. • Resin Pockets: No more than one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot pockets, or insect holes. • Manufacturing Defects: None, only deviations within the defined tolerances. • Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. • Impact: Impact scars will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. • Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. • Compression Flex: Flexure will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. • Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Eight support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber, each cut with diamond‑tipped special knives to create a motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof’s supporting ribs will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each rib will be shaped on a CNC router. The ribs will be fastened with wooden cleats, laminate, or fiber material, then covered with zinc‑coated nails and shingle (American cedar) roofing. The eave board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden laths, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, attached to the roof ribs with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame will be built using eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) laths, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the main supports to the eave board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the main supports and the roof will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The upper railings are 40 cm (15.7 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped knives to create decorative edges. They will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Inter‑section decorative pieces are made from wood and will be attached to the upper and lower railing frames with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railing): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped knives. They will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Additional decorative pieces (40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in)) are cut with diamond‑tipped knives and installed with galvanized screws and transparent wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden L‑shaped legs, each anchored at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating slat. Four decorative wooden slats per side will be shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and fastened with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, followed by drilling of 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) slots and 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates for anchor bolts. Each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be bolted to the supports and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable footings. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) steel flanges, welded on both sides, and attached with six specialty screws per leg. Ground connections will use two dowel screws per leg. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester finish. Impregnation: [Technical details omitted as they were not provided.]
