PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 500 x 500 cm (197 x 197 in) Roof Area: 570 x 570 cm (224 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Each meter may contain up to four solid knots, with total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, defective, partially split or missing knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks; micro‑cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are permissible, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: At most one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. - Manufacturing defects: None except for tolerances. - Deflection: Not greater than 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Not greater than 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Not greater than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Bow: Between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Eight support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped special blades. Each leg will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, milled at both ends. The top of the slats will be fastened with wooden cladding or fiber material, then covered with tar‑impregnated membranes secured with wide‑head nails. The membrane will be finished with American cedar‑shingle roofing material attached with the same nails. The eaves board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats, also cut with diamond‑tipped blades and mounted to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame will be built from eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, connecting the main supports to the eaves board. All fixed connections will use stainless‑steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be employed where the main supports meet the roof. Pigeon Loft: The loft height is 450 mm (17.7 in), with roof slats of 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden strips will be placed between 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) upper and lower slats at 30 mm (1.2 in) intervals. The slats will be fastened with shiplap wood and secured with tar‑impregnated membranes and wide‑head nails, then covered with American cedar‑shingle roofing. The eave board will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) wood shaped with a diamond‑tipped motif blade. Upper Panels: Upper guardrails are 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and edged with a special diamond‑tipped blade. They will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) pieces also cut with diamond‑tipped blades and attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and edged similarly. They are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), cut with diamond‑tipped blades and attached with galvanized screws and a clear specialty wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the main support and at the other to the seating slat. Four diamond‑tipped motif blades shape each slat, which are fastened with galvanized screws. Anchorage: A flange of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) socket welded on top. Two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the legs with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable footing. Flanges will be welded on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) throat. Each leg will receive six specialty screws for the vertical connection and two dowel screws for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester finish.
